Our client is investing heavily in their heavy industrial top tier Comah plant based in Humberside and are looking for a C&I Engineer to oversee the full life cycle of a large scale project.

Duties: • Cost of ownership analysis for the three bids received.• Formulation of CAPEX case for board approval, to include costs for all trades.• Response to vendor technical queries.• Field support for installation enabling works.• FAT• Manage site install.• SAT• Commissioning activities.• Recommended spares

Fire Alarm Upgrade:
• Review of current installation.• Development of a User Requirements Specification.• Technical bid  review and cost analysis.• Formulation of CAPEX case for board approval.• Response to vendor TQs.• FAT• Manage site install.• SAT• Commissioning activities• Recommended spares.

General requirements:
• Excellent safety record.• Successful candidate should ideally be able to run with both projects.• A working knowledge of GC analysers would be highly beneficial.• Be self-driven team player.• Knowledge of the ATEX directive and its implementation on a top tier COMAH site.• Working knowledge of SAP PM.• Support of technical trouble shooting.• Liaison with multiple vendors.• Be able to work with other discipline engineers to ensure all E,C & I requirements of the projects are achieved.• Experience of a Management of Change system.• Sound IT capabilities.• Planning and executing to tight deadlines.• Sound understanding of E&I principles and standards.
